Community initiative to provide free portraits to newcomers and immigrants who are in the job-seeking process to empower them with an essential tool to enhance their job search and career opportunities. Future plans include recruiting volunteer photographers to scale operations and partnering with organizations with job-seeking resources.

Program Director
Coaching post-secondary students through a free 8-week program to unlock and maximize their potential during and after their post-secondary journey, utilizing proprietary assets to help students discover their true passions and viable career pathways, and hone their soft skills to succeed in the workforce.

2025 Idea-Lab Competition
May 15, 2025 7:00-9:30PM PT
The IDEA-LAB competition aims to promote entrepreneurship in V2RF’s community and in the local economy. The competition is open to all individuals in British Columbia, Canada to pitch their business or startup idea, gain valuable exposure, test their skills in front of a knowledgeable panel of judges who will provide constructive feedback, and hear pitches from businesses of a similar nature. This opportunity will also provide a chance to network with other entrepreneurs and business professionals.
*NEW THIS YEAR: Finalists will be paired with an industry professional / experienced business owner to coach you in refining your pitch and pitch deck!
